All our chocolates are hand-made in small batches to insure freshness and quality control.
Le chocolat chocolates and confections are manufactured under the highest standard of kosher supervision. We have both Parve/dark and Milk/light chocolates. At Le chocolat, all milk chocolates are Cholov Yisroel.
You can order our chocolates by the pound, from our huge selection of fine chocolates, pralines fondants, mousses, giandugas, caramels, molded and enrobed in the finest Belgian courvertures. You can order them in our elegant high quality bronze foil stamped signature gift boxes wrapped with our matching signature ribbons, available in many sizes and ask about our combos.
You can order our fine chocolates and confections beautifully and artfully, arranged on high quality trays, baskets, and unusual containers. However, and whatever you choose, either for your self to enjoy or for a gift, le chocolat gifts make a lasting impression.
Care and storage of chocolates:
In order to preserve the fine quality of our fine chocolates and confections, it is best they should be stored at a temperature of between 55-65 degrees F with a relative humidity of no more than 65 degrees, and protected from odors and light.
Chocolates can be stored in refrigerator or freezers, provided they are well wrapped in air tight containers. Always bring chocolates to room temperature before unwrapping the package. Moisture from humidity and condensation are most destructive to fine chocolates.
